graxcvino offers free returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery for purchases from graxcvino.shop. You may use this offer if you change your mind about a purchase.

Email msreirozao13@outlook.com with your order number, checkout email address, and the products you wish to return. A reason is optional for change-of-mind returns.

We will provide the correct return destination and a prepaid shipping label or another arrangement at our expense. Under our voluntary return offer, please dispatch the goods within 14 days after receiving those instructions and retain proof of shipment.

Our correspondence address is not automatically a returns facility. Contact us for correct routing. Statutory cancellation rights do not require our approval.

Preparing the return

Please include supplied accessories and package the goods securely. Original packaging is appreciated where reasonably available.

You may unpack and reasonably inspect your purchase. Missing original packaging alone does not remove statutory rights. Damage resulting from misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary offer, subject to applicable law.

Fees and refund amounts

We pay return shipping and charge no restocking or return handling fees.

For a complete order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods and standard outbound delivery. For partial returns, we refund the returned goods and any delivery charges refundable by law.

We do not retrospectively charge shipping because a partial return reduces your retained merchandise below our free-shipping threshold.

Problems with an item

Contact us if goods arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from your order. Describe the issue and provide photographs if reasonably available.

We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund and cover necessary shipping costs. The voluntary 30-day period does not shorten mandatory product remedies.

When refunds arrive

We review returns and issue applicable refunds promptly after receiving the goods or return evidence, as required by law. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

After issuance, refunds are generally expected to appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Mandatory deadlines take priority. Contact us if your refund has not appeared after seven business days.

Cancellations and exchanges

Email us immediately to cancel before dispatch. If an order has already shipped, available return and statutory cancellation rights remain applicable.

Exchanges depend on availability. We can help arrange a return followed by a separate purchase where appropriate.

UK cancellation rights

For most online goods purchases, UK customers may cancel without a reason within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within another 14 days.

We reimburse without undue delay. Unless we offer collection, we may wait for the goods or return evidence, whichever arrives first, and reimburse within 14 days of that event. If we offer collection, reimbursement is due within 14 days of cancellation.

Standard delivery is refundable; optional premium supplements need not be refunded unless legally required. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond necessary inspection. Return shipping remains free. Our 30-day offer supplements these rights. UK returns guidance
